Most projects are delivered in 1–4 weeks. Custom apps and SaaS platforms typically take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Simple landing pages and brochure sites are often completed in as little as 1 week. We move fast without cutting corners.

What is your revision policy?

Accepted Answer

Every project includes one round of major revisions and one round of minor revisions. A major revision covers significant changes to design, layout, structure, or core functionality. A minor revision covers small adjustments like wording, spacing, or visual tweaks. Additional revision rounds beyond this are billed at $225 per hour.

Do you offer hosting and management?

Yes. Our optional Hosting, Maintenance, Security, and Performance Management service keeps your site fast, secure, and up to date. It requires a minimum 6-month commitment and continues month-to-month after that, with 30 days' written notice to cancel.

What if I need changes after launch?

All packages include a revision window during development. After launch, updates and changes are handled through our Maintained Service Package or billed hourly at our standard rate. Either way, since you own 100% of the code, you are never locked in. You can take the code to any developer you choose, or we can handle it for you directly.

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For projects over $5,000 we offer a 50% deposit to start and 50% upon delivery. For larger projects we can discuss a milestone-based payment schedule. We want to make it as easy as possible to get started. Reach out and we will find a structure that works for your situation.

What if I'm not satisfied with the result?

Client satisfaction is the foundation of everything we do. We work in close collaboration with you throughout the build, sharing previews, incorporating your feedback, and iterating until the result is exactly what you envisioned. If something is not right, we fix it. We do not consider a project complete until you are genuinely happy with it.

Can I cancel my Maintained Service Package?

Yes, with 30 days written notice. The Maintained Service Package has no long-term contract. You are never locked in. If your needs change or you decide to manage things yourself, you can cancel at any time without penalty. Your code and all files remain yours regardless.
