Goyim Design Strategies is led by Marcus Belmares, one of fewer than 50 developers in the United States, and the only one in San Diego, who combines ICP decentralized architecture, a proprietary multi-agent system stack, and full-stack commercial development into a single agency. Based in downtown San Diego, we serve clients throughout the region and beyond.

It started five years ago in 2021 when Marcus found his passion in cryptography and blockchain technology. Self-taught in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, NextJS, NodeJS, Python, Rust, and Motoko, he enrolled at California Institute of Applied Technology (CIAT), an accelerated trade school, in September 2024 and graduated in October 2025 with a certificate in Computer Information Systems. Not because he needed credentials. Because he wanted to challenge himself and prove his own capabilities. His deep expertise in decentralized systems and multi-agent AI architecture gives clients direct access to a founder-level engineer who thinks strategically about long-term digital sovereignty, not just short-term deliverables.

After graduating, he realized there was a bigger purpose: building a business focused on digital sovereignty, full code ownership, self-custody, and bringing the Web3 experience to Web2 users. No platform can change the rules on them, no agency can hold their site hostage, no subscription can expire and take their business offline. On ICP, smart contracts mean code literally becomes law on-chain, business logic, ownership records, and authentication execute exactly as written, permanently, without a third party enforcing them. Self-custody is the same philosophy as holding your own crypto keys: the code is yours, the keys are yours, the rules are yours. The law has to be unbreakable, encryption that can be cracked is just a suggestion with an expiration date. His talents are based on capability, not a client list. His mindset on privacy, security, and ownership is ahead of the market. He brings the future to the present. He builds trends, he doesn't follow them. He sees where demand will go before it arrives. He builds the urgency.
